Class 1: We are learning to greet each other and say some numbers. We have followed a rhyme called ‘Deux Petits Perroquets’.

Class 2 are learning to name parts of the body. We have been dancing and singing along to a song called ‘Jean Petit qui danse’ to help learn the words.

Class 3: We have drawn portraits and written sentences to describe ourselves in French. We are also creating posters to show aspects of French culture.

Class 4 are learning how to tell the time in French. We are exploring
routines of a typical French day, using dictionary skills to check new words, and some pupils are creating presentations on an aspect of time in France.

FRENCH
